Our Ontario based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IBP Supply, specifically with the Optimizer module. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control Tower and Demand Planning experience is a asset.
- Design, configure, and maintain demand, supply, and inventory planning models within the SAP IBP suite, leveraging the Optimizer module for constraint-based scenario analysis.
- Develop and run optimized supply plans using IBP Optimizer to balance key business constraints (e.g., capacity, materials, transportation) and meet financial and service-level targets.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into effective IBP model parameters and optimizer settings.
- Analyze optimizer results, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply plan, and recommend actionable adjustments to planners and management.
- Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle by preparing data, running optimized supply scenarios, and facilitating consensus meetings to align on a final operational plan.
- Provide end-user training and support for the IBP platform, focusing on interpreting optimizer outputs and enabling data-driven decision-making.
