Our Toronto based client is seeking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (Time Off & EC) Consultant to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and must be certified in at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g., Time-Off or Employee Central). Additionally, the candidate should also have experience in implementation, enhancement, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Employee Central modules. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure EC components including Foundation objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, and Role Based Permissions (RBP).
- Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Configure and manage Time-Off component such as time type, accruals, calendars, holiday calendars, time profiles, and rules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into system configuration.
- Understanding of onboarding compliance process and new hire data flows.
- Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.
- Experience in configuring and supporting Onboarding 2.0 will be an added advantage, including process flows, onboarding tasks, forms, and integrations with Employee Central.
