Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP MM/P2P Lead  to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact amount of on-site presence required TBD. 

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, with deep expertise in procurement processes (both direct and indirect), SAP Ariba integration, batch management, serialization, and a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules such as MDG, GTS, EWM, IM, QM, and data migration.
• The candidate is a strategic thinker capable of driving efficiency and compliance across end-to-end procurement operations.

• Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Management:

  • Lead and manage the Procure to Pay processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee procurement operations for both direct and indirect materials within SAP S/4 HANA.

• SAP Integration and Management:

  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
  • Manage batch management and serialization processes within SAP.

• Master Data Governance:

  • Utilize SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Global Trade and Compliance:

  • Implement and manage GTS (Global Trade Services) to ensure adherence to international trade regulations.

• Warehouse and Transportation Management:

  • Lead Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) initiatives, integrating with Inventory Management (IM) and EWM.
  • Oversee Transportation Management integration with IM/EWM.

• Quality and Production Integration:

  • Ensure Quality Management (QM) integration with IM/EWM.
  • Oversee production processes integrated with IM/EWM.

• Data Migration:

  • Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience working with the SAP Materials Management (direct and indirect procurement and inventory management) as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required. Familiarity with SAP Materials Management integration to IBP, QM, PM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO, etc.
• Extensive experience as a lead consultant with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Expertise in MM (Materials Management) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Strong background in S4H Procurement, covering both direct and indirect procurement.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, particularly its integration with S4H.
• Knowledge of batch management and serialization.
• Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management).
• Proficiency in GTS (Global Trade Services) for global trade management and compliance.
• Experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Understanding of Transportation Management integration with IM/EWM.
• Knowledge of Quality Management (QM) integration with IM/EWM.
• Familiarity with Production integration with IM/EWM.
• Experience in data migration projects.
