Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP MM Procurement Specialist to join their project starting immediately and will run until January 31,2025. This will be a hybrid work setting with exact amount of on-site work to be confirmed depending on the candidate's location. Local Montreal candidates are preferred but candidates outside of Montreal will also be considered.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in SAP MM Procurement.
- Lead the end-to-end design workshops for SAP MM, MRP, IM (direct and indirect procurement, MRP, kitting), by leading and conducting fit to global template workshops to confirm fit and identify gaps in the areas of procurement, kitting, and inventory management.
- Expertise in performing deep dive on existing interfaces and ability to identify integration gaps and develop relevant FSDs.
- Develop functional and technical specification documents for the identified gaps.
- Develop configuration design documents for the fit processes to enable the region being deployed on the global template
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP MM, MRP, PP (kitting only) best practices, process design, and system optimization.
