Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with strong, hands-on expertise in the following areas: Inventory Management, Planning concepts, Allocations, Procurement processes, Pricing, Output Determination, and Master Data. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with planning, allocation, procurement, and inventory management teams Configure and support: Purchase Orders, Pricing Output, Determination Master Data, Inventory Management processes.
- Supporting and enhancing retail supply chain and merchandising processes while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Support and enhance SAP MM and retail-related business processes.
- Support allocation and planning activities across retail operations.
- Collaborate with SD and downstream business process teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support.
Nice to Have:
- SAP IS-Retail experience.
- Experience with SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R).
- Exposure to allocation, planning platforms outside SAP F&R.
- Retail merchandising and supply chain experience.
- Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
