Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual (French) SAP OCM Analyst to join their project starting late October and will run for 12 months in duration. This will be hybrid work setting with 3 day's of on site work required.

• The OCM Analyst will be a critical part of the Change Management team for the S4 International Program.
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• This role requires a combination of technical, functional, and communication skills to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of the new system.
• Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication, training support, and business readiness.
• Collaborate with the OCM team to create engaging communication materials using tools like Biteable, iMovie, and PowerPoint.
• Assist in the successful delivery of cloud platform/system implementations, with the ability to articulate the business value of recommendations and strategies.
• Interpret data and build impactful reports to support decision-making processes.
• Manage and engage stakeholders effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
• Coordinate and document training plans and activities, ensuring seamless execution and logistics.
• Provide expertise in the Enable Now platform Cloud to enhance training and change management efforts.
• Leverage experience in the manufacturing environment to tailor change management strategies accordingly.

• 3-5 years of experience in change management-related programs, particularly in stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication, training support, and business readiness.
• Must have experience working for a company with a proven Change Management Practice.
• Strong ability in communication and using communication tools such as Biteable, iMovie, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud platforms/systems implementations.
• Data Interpretation: Proficient in interpreting data and building reports that drive impactful decision-making.
• Enable Now Expertise: Good knowledge and expertise in the Enable Now platform Cloud is essential.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a multicultural and global setting.
