Job Description

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) & Trade Management Director to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA and Vistex, along with 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex program implementations. Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash, Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse and Transportation Management, and Order Fulfillment. Strong experience with Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) across the full TPM lifecycle, from planning through settlement and proven expertise in SAP ecosystem tools (Fiori, analytics, ECC/S4) and integrated systems (e2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.).This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation of Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management processes.
  • Drive global harmonization and standardization through scalable S/4HANA and Vistex solutions.
  • Deliver large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, including Vistex IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement modernization.
  • Define and implement a global template for Order-to-Cash and Trade Promotion to reduce regional variation.
  • Own SAP solution architecture, integration, deployment, and adoption aligned to business outcomes.
  • Champion value-driven initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and service improvement.
  • Lead global program delivery teams, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to best practices.
  • Enable advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills.
  • Experience working in both Agile and traditional delivery models. 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 

Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
