Our Toronto based client is looking to hire an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant to join their team immediately on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes and translating them into clear business and technology requirements. This role requires extensive hands-on implementation expertise, along with the ability to guide clients through successful solution deployment. This will be a fully remote role; however, the work must be done during Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking implementation and support.
- Must have successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Time Off, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Account Types, Accrual Rules, and Leave Management.
- Expertise in Time Tracking, Clock-In/Clock-Out, Overtime Calculations, Valuations, Validations (Alerts & Errors), Recording Profiles and Integration with Payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows in SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, APIs, and Middleware (CPI/Boomi) for data exchange.
- Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and create functional documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Time Off/Time Tracking is a plus.
