Our North American client is seeking for an experienced Senior SAP Finance Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have years of experience and working knowledge of specific business systems (e.g., BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) and module-level integration. This will be a fully remote work setting with limited travel to the client office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application.
- Working knowledge of finance and manufacturing operations.
- Adheres to processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Experience in application development/modification/personalization.
- Works with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Evaluates and recommends changes to established methods to achieve departmental / BU objectives.
- Chairs internal user group discussions.
- Applies technical knowledge to ensure that the system performs efficiently and that customers are provided with required services.
- Provides technical and functional consulting on complex projects and expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements.
