Our Ontario based client is seeking an experienced SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on configuration experience in core SD/MM (covering pricing, master data, procurement cycles, STOs, inter-company, basic ATP, 3PL, EDI, and returns); familiarity with S/4HANA changes versus ECC (including data model simplifications, BP/CVI concepts, table changes, and key functional deltas); and experience supporting cutover, testing cycles, and defect resolution in a conversion program, with the ability to provide both project and support expertise. This is a hybrid position, with the exact amount of days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute configuration tasks within both the SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules to meet business requirements.
• Offer expert-level support for ongoing operations (break-fix, incidents) and actively contribute to project lifecycles (design, configuration, testing, implementation).
• Act as a primary SD expert to strengthen a team with limited current coverage, ensuring stability and continuity of SD processes.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of responsibilities from departing consultants, capturing critical knowledge, and ensuring no loss of support capability.
• Function as a reliable and knowledgeable team member, capable of working independently to cover critical gaps in SD support and configuration.
