Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management Analyst (eWM) Consultant to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of implementation and configuration experience, along with operational warehouse experience and a deep understanding of how the supply chain works, along with the ability to analyze complex cross-functional business processes, identify gaps, and define functional and integration requirements. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days on-site required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end user community by working independently. Responsible for resolving system (EWM) and related business process issues logged by end users in ticketing system.
- Ability to analyze complex cross-functional business processes, identify gaps, and define functional and integration requirements.
- Analyzing warehouse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment, inventory management and overall efficiency.
- Working with various functional teams, including operations, IT, and management, to implement changes and ensure smooth operations.
- Support the development of training materials and execution. Upon implementation, drives knowledge transfer to Production Support.
- Develop presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project or program progress, results, and assistance needed from them.
- Background in CPG, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Retail industry is preferred.
