Our Ontario based client is seeking for an experienced SAP SCM - MM/ARIBA Application Support Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 5 + years of experience within the SAP SCM environment, proven working knowledge of end-to-end business processes for purchasing, sales orders, and logistics, and direct experience in the SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Module and SAP Ariba Procurement (including Guided Buying and Invoicing). This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in the SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Module and SAP Ariba Procurement (Guided buying and invoicing) essential.
- Proven working knowledge of purchasing, sales order, and logistics end-to-end business process.
- Experience working within an outsourced vendor management environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets according to predefined criteria and response times.
- Escalate incidents to senior support teams and 3rd party vendors for levels 3 and 4 support when required.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for issue resolution, ensuring solutions are captured, documented, and communicated.
- Gather business requirements and support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of service requests and changes.
- Participate in cross-functional and project teams to ensure successful integration implementations.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Work with ticketing system for incident management and service request management.
- Ability to think critically and apply root cause analysis supported by clear decision making capability.
