Operational Oversight and Guidance:
Direct and support a team of Product owners and Individual contributors in meeting SLA’s and KPI’s
Manage vendor partnerships
Manage, negotiate, and ensure compliance to the SAP and related contracts
Oversee the management of the services and key applications in the portfolio
Accountable for safe, reliable, and stable operations for full portfolio
Accountable for all services and applications within their portfolio
Accountable to manage risk and security compliance for their portfolio
Accountable for ensuring compliance to all SMO, Security, processes including but not limited to security, change and release, project management, budget, privacy etc.
Accountable for ensuring outages are reported, RCA’s, action items are completed and communicated
Accountable for AMS & Vendor Contract Management, including, monitoring SLA’s, understanding the penalties, Change Request (e.g., add/removal of applications, SLA changes, incident changes) negotiations and managing enhancement hours (including ensuring hours are capitalize when applicable)
Accountable for ensuring timely conflict resolution with partners and vendors
Participates in the Monthly business reviews and Partner QBR’s
Responsible for providing application related information to support yearly operating and capital budgets.
Accountable for providing accurate Capital and Opex forecasts (e.g., Accruals)
Accountable for understanding and managing service costing for the full portfolio
Responsible for understanding and providing information to support the Application technology roadmaps and supporting the BRM’s in development of the overall roadmaps
Responsible for ensuring the technology roadmap is up to date for the full technology stack to support capital planning and operational compliance
Must be legally authorized to work in CANADA.
