Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Lead to join their project starting immediately and will run for 12 months. This will be a hybrid work setting with 2-5 day's of on-site work required monthly.

• 10 + years of SAP PM functional experience in a Team Lead capacity.
• Good integration knowledge of the SAP PM module with FI/CO, MM, SD & PP.
• Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on
  time and within budget.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP PM related issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents
  promptly.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into SAP
  solutions.
• Help to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to enhance system
  performance.
• Train and mentor team members on SAP best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,
  or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
