Our client is actively looking for a full-time SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join their organization. The ideal candidate requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and hands-on involvement to contribute to the overall success of the company SAP landscape. The position offers a hybrid work setting, and the specific number of on-site workdays will be confirmed. Minimal to no travel is anticipated for this role.
- The SAP Functional Analyst-Plant Maintenance will be responsible for the SAP processes and system modules supporting the business operations.
- This role requires skills in business analysis, process design, system solutions, implementation, and sustainment of SAP solutions to help achieve its High-Performance / High-Value goals.
- This role will be heavily focused on ongoing improvements and expansion initiatives, as well as monthly releases and production support.
- Manage and oversee SAP processes and system modules related to Plant Maintenance, ensuring alignment with business operations and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the SAP landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document effective and streamlined SAP processes that support operational goals.
- Work on the development and implementation of SAP system solutions, utilizing expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance modules to address business needs effectively.
- Lead the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Take ownership of the sustainment process, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP Plant Maintenance modules.
- Contribute to achieving High-Performance / High-Value goals by leveraging SAP functionalities to enhance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and actively participating in ongoing improvement projects.
- Play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of SAP-related expansion initiatives, ensuring scalability and adaptability to accommodate business growth.
- Manage and coordinate monthly releases of SAP updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal impact on daily operations.
- Provide effective production support, responding promptly to issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to maintain system integrity and availability.
