Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join their project in July 2026 and will run for 3 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, with a strong background working in manufacturing organizations preferably within industrial manufacturing, HVAC, engineering, or related sectors. Along with proven track record of managing complex stakeholder groups and executive-level communications, as well as experience conducting transformation assessments, business process reviews, and organizational readiness evaluations. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 to 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate a comprehensive transformation assessment across business and technology functions. Need to have previous experience with Assessments
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and functional teams to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to document business requirements, pain points, and future-state needs.
- Assess current processes, organizational readiness, governance structures, and technology landscape.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities related to the transformation program.
- Develop recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and execution strategies to support a successful implementation.
- Establish program governance, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment frameworks.
- Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership and client stakeholders to build consensus and drive decision-making.
