Job Description

Our Ottawa based client is seeking an SAP Project Systems (PS) contractor to join their project starting late October 2024 and will run until February 2025. This will be a part time contract (20 hours per week) to start but the work can be done fully remote and candidates can based anywhere in Canada.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in SAP Project Systems and hold an Enhanced Reliability Clearance. The role involves contributing to the implementation of an interim Inventory Management (IM) solution using S/4HANA V2023.
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops to define requirements, design solutions, and review processes related to Project Systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for interim processes and configurations within Project Systems.
  • Implement configuration changes for the interim IM solution with a focus on the Project Systems module.
  • Work closely with consultants specializing in MM (Materials Management), FM (Funds Management), and FI (Financial Accounting) to ensure the integrated solution aligns with Project Systems requirements.
  • Perform and support testing of the interim solution to validate the functionality of Project Systems integration.
  • Assist in deploying the interim IM solution at a single warehouse, ensuring Project Systems functionalities are effectively integrated.
  • Support the go-live process to ensure a smooth transition and operational effectiveness of Project Systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support for Project Systems during the hypercare phase to address any issues or enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Enhanced Reliability Clearance is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Project Systems, with proven expertise in handling complex projects and integrations.
  • Strong experience in workshop facilitation, process documentation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

 

Additional Information

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must have Enhanced Reliability Clearance.
