Our Quebec based client is seeking a Bi-lingual SAP QM Senior Functional Analyst to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.

• Design, Customize, and Configure: Design, customize, and configure the SAP QM module to meet business requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM processes, including debugging and resolving issues.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), and PM (Plant Maintenance) as well as 3rd party LIMS systems such as Star LIMS via Web Services.
• Workflow Management: Advise on workflows, including job monitoring and regular daily monitoring.
• Quality Management Processes: Implement and support SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
• Documentation: Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose service improvements and perform root cause analysis for performance enhancement.

• Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written is MANDATORY.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP QM, with additional experience in SAP MM and SAP PP being advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP debugging, workflow creation, and job monitoring. Familiarity with interfaces such as MES, IDOCs, and RFCs.
• Strong understanding of SAP QM standard processes and configurations, including inspection and audit processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers in Canada and U.S. in English and French.
• Relevant SAP certifications and knowledges of S4 Hana are a plus.
