Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Functional Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management, ECC and S/4HANA including configuration and integration with related modules like Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Along with proven experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications to support solution design and implementation and Hands-on experience in navigating complex SAP landscapes. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and troubleshoot complex RICEF objects, recommend strategic enhancements and deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Work with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and global partners to execute high-quality, integrated solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Perform technical and functional design to enable seamless migration and integration of Quality Management Systems (QMS) with enterprise applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to define process enhancements, document requirements, and ensure alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage third-party suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Pratt & Whitney and other RTX business units to deliver high-performing, integrated solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability, ensuring production applications meet service level expectations.
- Required to attend and have participation in work group meetings, teleconferences and / or training.
- Optimize efficiency and reduce waste using tools like value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers.
- Based on business needs the incumbent may be required to support other duties functions within the company.
