Our North American based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Record to Report (R2R) Functional Analyst (FI/CO) to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in designing and delivering SAP functional solutions. This role involves directing system integrators to deliver Record-to-Report solutions that meet business needs, ensure system integration, follow SAP best practices, and improve the user experience. This will be a hybrid role with the exact of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience.
- Gathering, process mapping, solution design, writing specifications, and configuration within an S/4 environment.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives.
- Determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives. Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements.
- Define and execute test plans, and/or review outcomes, to validate solution meets intent.
- Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Experience with foreign currencies, GL setup or month end close would be a great asset.
- Work experience in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger in MTO scenarios and FSCM would be considered a bonus.
