Our client is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA FICO Specialist to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a remote work setting with the expectation for all local candidates to be at the client site for one day a week.

• Support the S4 HANA FI/CO modules in FIORI including related modules such as MM, SD, PM and PS.
• Resolve end user issues and tickets from cradle to grave with attention to timely customer support and documentation.
• Configure the S4 Hana system to meet business and system requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other support teams and external support vendors.
• Apply S4 Hana best practice solutions and recommend improvements to current state.
• Partner with the other SAP functional team members, site, and corporate business leads to assess and document requirements and establish priorities.
• Recommend operational improvements or devise new approaches to technical or process issues to meet business objectives.
• Lead the design of SAP Finance FRICEW (forms, reports, interfaces, configuration, enhancements,and workflows) items and conversion programs.
• Develop alternative technical solutions, and provide advice on options, risks, costs and benefits, and impact on other business processes.
• Understand non-SAP business systems (e.g., Oracle Financial Planning and Consolidation) and their integration with SAP.
• Work with third party system integrator partners/ AMS provider in the implementation of new FRICEW.
• items, resolution of incidents (‘break/fix’), analyze proposed improvements or changes, using ticketing system.
• Ensure all SAP Finance modules tickets are properly documented, the solution has been addressed promptly and the IT change management process followed.
• Evaluate SAP notes, new functionality, and upcoming releases for financial modules.
• Develop and maintain systems documentation, including business standard operating procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
• Define SAP Finance-related modules user authorization requirements.
• Prepare and conduct demos or training sessions as needed and develop training material as required.

• 10+ years SAP configuration and support experience, with 5+ years functional/configuration experience in SAP S/4 Hana FI, CO, using FIORI front end and the integration with PM, MM, PS, and SD.
• Experience with life cycle implementation of S4 Hana and FIORI Apps
• SAP FICO S4 Hana certification is desired.
• Experience designing and maintaining SAP job roles and security access including SoD analysis
• Experience working with external financial systems (Banks, Bloomberg, etc.)
• 7+ years’ experience dealing with end users and user support
• Good working knowledge of integration with SAP and Non-SAP financial planning and consolidation modules would be preferred.
