Our Montreal based client is looking to hire a Bilingual (English & French) SAP S/4 HANA Finance Lead to join their team immediately. The Finance Lead should have both Cloud and on-prem S/4 experience along with New GL, New Asset, Treasury, AP/AR, ICR, ACRE) and/or SAP Controlling (Product Costing and Margin Analysis).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of SAP finance modules (S/4HANA), ensuring the successful execution of projects within the given time frames and budgets.
- Oversee functional analysis and configuration activities for all finance modules and functions.
- Analyze complex business processes and propose suitable solutions that meet customer needs.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with users to ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of customer expectations.
- Offer standardized solutions aligned with SAP best practices (Fit-to-Standard).
- Ensure the smooth running of SAP implementation projects, from the scoping phase to post-implementation support.
- Lead a team of SAP finance consultants and work closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Share your expertise and mentorship with team members while ensuring smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders.
