Our Montreal based client is looking to hire a SAP S/4 HANA Functional Logistics Manager to join their team starting immediately. The ideal candidate should have Logistics expertise with at least 3 SCM modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, QM, TM, CS, eWM).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of SAP logistics modules (S/4HANA), ensuring the successful execution of projects within the given time frames and budgets.
• Supervise functional analysis and configuration activities for all logistics modules.
• Analyze complex business processes and propose suitable solutions that meet customer needs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with users to ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of customer expectations. 
• Develop standardized solutions aligned with SAP best practices (Fit-to-Standard). 
• Ensure the smooth running of SAP implementation projects, from the scoping phase to post-implementation support.
• Lead a team of SAP logistics consultants and work closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Share your expertise and mentorship with team members while ensuring smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders. 

• In-depth expertise on SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, QM, TM, CS, eWM).
• Successful experience of 10 years or more in SAP Logistics configuration and implementation, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects.
• Proficiency in data migration tools, including SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Integration with all SAP modules.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, In-App Extensibility, and Side-by-Side Extensibility environments.
• Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC) tool for configuration and deployment.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification, S4 Conversion, or SAP Activate methodology (an asset).
• Excellent skills in project management and facilitation of customer needs gathering workshops.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex situations with rigor and efficiency.
