Our Toronto based client is seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Training Lead contractor who has specifically worked with SuccesssFactors to be a part of their on-going project. The start date will be ASAP and will run till the end of October 2024 with chance for extension. This will be hybrid work setting with the exact amount of on site work required to be confirmed.

• This role will involve coordinating and overseeing training initiatives related to the clients SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with both S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand training needs and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with project objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation.
• Track and report on training metrics and effectiveness.
