Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager top join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation experience, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA project, and proven experience as a Functional Project Manager in a global S/4HANA program. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving end-to-end project execution across multiple functional domains, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and transformation goals.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to enable seamless delivery, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with business, process, functional, and digital technology stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and align on key decisions using McCain frameworks and tools.
- Plan, execute, and govern S/4HANA configuration activities to support business transformation requirements.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) initiatives related to the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
- Develop and maintain project plans, progress reports, and status dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
- PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
