Our British Columbia based client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect to join their project immediately that will run for a 1 year minimum in duration. This will be a remote work setting, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in Canada, however, all candidates must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
- SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect with strong SAP ECC experience to assist in the initial design sessions and later implementation of our upgrade to SAP S/4HANA.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our Business Planning team, SAP team, and Vendor System Implementor team supporting the delivery of the clients ERP and CIS+ project analysis and other initiatives.
- The SAP Solution Architect will help with the project analysis, the implementation and support of their clients ERP and CIS replacement projects.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of industry and solution best practices and methodologies to make functional solution recommendations on complex SAP environments.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions and workshops to ensure alignment and desired business outcomes are achieved.
- Investigate and evaluate SAP solution landscape, organize, and assess necessary task required to successfully address solution gaps and resolve pain-points.
- Analyze and map the clients business requirements, processes, and objectives; formulate functional modifications, upgrade, or migration recommendations to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Lead end-to-end solution blueprint discussions accounting for integration points between the SAP modules as well as non-SAP legacy applications.
- Leverage, improve and challenge SAP solution proposals to make it follow the industry best practice and ensure it meets client’s functional requirements.
- Assist the delivery team in project definition and planning for solution implementation, upgrade, extension, or migration type of projects in traditional or agile environments.
- Take ownership (evaluate impact, design, validate and plan) for any proposed changes to approved solution architecture and deployment strategy. Align it to maximize the business value of the solution.
