Our British Columbia based client is seeking an experienced SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Consultant to join their project starting immediately and will run for 10 months with possibility for extension. This is a part-time, fully remote position allowing candidates to be based anywhere in Canada as long as they can work PST hours.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), along with the ability to provide technical support, implement system enhancements, and train internal teams.
- Perform ongoing system maintenance and optimize performance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Implement system improvements and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Provide training for internal teams on LMS usage and best practices. Transfer knowledge to ensure internal teams can handle day-to-day operations independently.
- Resolve technical issues related to the LMS and provide ongoing support.
- Assist with custom reports, system configurations, and other LMS-related technical tasks.
- Offer advice and consultation to ensure smooth LMS operations and continuous improvement of the platform.
