Job Description

Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced (Bi-lingual) SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.

  • Multiple years experience as a Project Manager with experience delivering SuccessFactors (emphasis on Payroll) and Workforce.
  • Plan, organize, drive and control deliverables and the team for full-cycle HRIS implementations, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
  • Experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Workforce Software (and/or) is highly desirable.
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of implementation consultants to delivery high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage key project deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Actively contribute to internal projects, such as project management methodology and process harmonization.
  • Proven track record with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of implementation consultants to delivery high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage key project deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Actively contribute to internal projects, such as project management methodology and process harmonization.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is a must.
