Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SYNITI Advanced Data Migration & Management (ADMM) Consultant to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Syniti data engineering tools, specifically ADMM, as well as proven experience in Syniti project implementation. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration and data governance projects using Syniti ADMM across multiple implementations.
- Support ongoing multiple projects by providing post-go-live maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous data quality improvements.
- Design and configure Syniti ADMM data models, mapping rules, validation logic, and migration workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams to define data migration strategies and requirements.
- Articulate data migration value, processes, and best practices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and deliverables from data extraction to validation and go-live.
- Oversee data cleansing, transformation, and loading activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across target systems.
- Drive change management, user training, and adoption of Syniti tools and data governance processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of migrated data with ERP, S/4HANA, and other downstream systems.
- Establish and monitor data quality KPIs, migration success metrics, and reconciliation reports.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on Syniti ADMM configuration and data migration best practices.
