Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual SAP Senior LMS Consultant to join their project. This will be a hybrid work setting with candidates based in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal preferred.

• The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) consultant with expertise in training management, compliance tracking, system integration, and learning analytics, possessing strong communication and problem-solving skills to support business and HR teams effectively.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Strong knowledge of learning management system configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards and eLearning content management.
• Familiarity with compliance training requirements in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and third-party learning content providers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and insights using SAP LMS reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
