Our Montreal based client is seeking a SAP Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with some occasional on-site presence required.

• The Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, leading a diverse team of up to 30 individuals comprising members from an internal team, the System Integrator (SI), and the end-user community.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Lead an ERP deployment project from design, planning to execution.
• Establish clear and achievable goals.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead, motivate and mobilize the project team.
• Analyze the workload of team members and adjust involvement.
• Support the gathering of requirements and documentation of business processes.
• Manage the relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients. Keep parties informed of progress and issues with the goal of managing expectations of project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that the change management plan is built and delivered.
• Report the progress of the project to the steering committee and to the team itself.
• Ensure that risks are identified, and action plans are determined.
• Ensure that project issues are resolved appropriately.
• Act as the point of contact of the project team members for the resolution of any issues during project execution.
• Ensure that the project meets the client's expectations in terms of benefits.
• Collect lessons learned and adjust project planning and execution accordingly.
• Ensure that the quality control process is executed and obtains approval of project deliverables.
• Work in collaboration with external firms.

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager experience is required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ideally a university degree or an equivalent (e.g. PMP).
• Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is preffered but not mandatory.
• Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) as well as Microsoft Project is required.
