Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual SuccessFactors Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SF with deep, hands-on experience across EC environments, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit. This is an Onsite work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.
- Support end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering and system design to testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, compliant SuccessFactors solutions.
- Manage system configuration changes, including workflows, business rules, permissions, and data models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve module issues, integrations, and data discrepancies to keep the system running smoothly.
- Support release cycles by assessing new SAP SuccessFactors features, testing impact, and rolling out updates.
- Develop documentation and train end users, ensuring adoption and consistent best practices across modules.
