Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Testing contractor with knowledge in Time Management to join their project starting in March and will run through July 2025. This will be a hybrid work setting with 3 on-site days required.
- The ideal candidate is a Testing Specialist with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time and an understanding of Canadian Payroll to support a critical payroll testing project.
- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Canadian Payroll processes, provincial taxation, payroll integrations, and compliance.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios focusing on Canadian Payroll, covering all provinces, including Quebec.
- Ensure coverage for Payroll configurations & Master Data (Full-time, Contractor, On-leave employees).
- Validate Canadian Payroll Taxation (Federal/Provincial tax, CPP, EI, QPP, QC deductions, etc.).
- Define scenarios for Earnings & Deductions (e.g., RRSP, Benefits).
- Test Payroll Processing, Posting, Year-End Processing, and Compliance.
- Verify Bank File Processing and Reporting.
- Assess Security & Role-Based Access.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases.
- Conduct integration testing between SAP ECP, SuccessFactors EC, and Test Prime.
- Validate Time Management & Payroll Integration processes.
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide comprehensive Test Reports with insights and recommendations.
