Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to join their project immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of SuccessFactors experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve both technical and functional issues. Open to resources locally and across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific business needs by applying best practices and ensuring consistency across processes and integrations with other systems.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, detailed functional specifications.
- Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure changes meet end-user requirements.
- Support end users by analyzing and resolving functional issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, functionalities, and integrations.
- Experience with Boomi is an asset.
