Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their project starting in May and will run for 24 months. This will be a hybrid work setting.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale SAP SF implementations, working across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Lead end-to-end project management for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and best practices.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across HR, IT, and business teams.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
