Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning Lead to join their project immediately on weekly part time basis and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Talent and Learning modules, along with hands-on involvement in project implementations. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client conversations and workshops, serving as an onshore lead who provides both strategic guidance and hands-on configuration support to an offshore team.
- Lead full SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning implementations, including Performance, Succession, and Learning modules.
- Apply deep module knowledge, including system nuances, intra-module integrations, and third-party LMS content integrations.
- Perform hands-on configuration within SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing skills, including leading workshops, managing test cycles, and overseeing cut-over activities.
- Manage tracker management (or more clearly: manage project trackers and status reporting) to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Oversee end-to-end testing cycles and coordinate cut-over activities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
