Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical & Basis Administrator to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of SAP technical administration experience, with proven expertise in SAP NetWeaver and S/4 HANA Administration, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors Administration (including Employee Central and other modules), IAS (Identity Authentication Services), Cloud Architecture, and Integration Technologies. This will be a fully remote work setting working on PST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Human Capital Management (HCM) business teams, IT teams, AMS providers, SAP support organizations, and external vendors, ensuring stable operations, secure access, efficient integrations, and successful delivery of future projects.
- Support Basis administration of SAP S/4 Hana on Private Cloud (RISE).
- Coordinate SAP Basis activities with managed service providers and SAP support teams.
- Monitor system performance, availability, transports, interfaces, jobs, and technical health.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, patches, and technical releases across the SAP landscape.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and system resiliency initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues impacting SAP applications.
- Administer and support the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management.
- Recruiting, Learning , Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation and additional SuccessFactors modules.
- Administer SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and related access services.
- Serve as the technical lead for integrations between: SAP SuccessFactors & ECP, SAP S/4HANA, Third-party HCM and payroll solutions, Identity platforms and middleware solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- SAP Basis certification.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and Integration Suite.
