Our client is seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) Technical Developer to join their project ASAP. This will be a fully remote work setting and candidates can be based anywhere across Canada.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience enhancing core TM modules and designing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• This role requires proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to lead development initiatives within the SAP TM environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP TM.
• Enhance core TM modules to align with business needs, addressing any gaps in functionality.
• Lead development projects, taking ownership of the design, implementation, and testing phases.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP TM system.
• Stay updated on SAP TM developments and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Proven experience as a SAP TM Technical Developer, with a focus on ABAP development.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.
• Experience with customizing and enhancing standard SAP TM functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience leading development projects within SAP TM is preferred.
