Our Montreal based client is seeking a SAP TM/EWM Functional Lead consultant to join their project effective immediately and will run for one year with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, high-level expert who can contribute to Solution Architecture but is also willing to assists with configuration work or building POCs (Proof of Concepts). With exceptional communication skills. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel to client sites during key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive stakeholder alignment – bridge gaps between business teams, IT, and leadership through polished communication.
• Optimize supply chain processes by implementing SAP best practices for warehouse/transportation management.
• Define and document functional requirements, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering best practices in SAP TM/EWM processes.
• Conduct workshops and training to drive user adoption and maximize system capabilities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot post-implementation issues, providing strategic resolutions.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations, recommending enhancements to optimize supply chain performance.
• Experience with voice picking technology (integrated with EWM) is an asset.
