Job Description

Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Technical UX Designer to to join their project in July 2026 and will run for 9 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 5 + years in enterprise software or complex systems and a proven track record on large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects. Along with proven designs with measurable user adoption, deep mobile expertise, and understands Single Page Applications and their UX implications. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or UI5 is strongly preferred. This role also requires experience in design governance across third-party teams, experience with SAP BTP and Work Zone, and knowledge of AI or test automation for UX validation. This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise-scale ERP and digital transformation initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
  • Design and deliver intuitive mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices and platforms, including Single Page Applications.
  • Create and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and UI5 environments to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Govern UX direction and quality across third-party delivery teams and system integrators, ensuring alignment with internal design standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centered design solutions.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and test automation methodologies to validate usability, improve design decisions, and accelerate user testing cycles.
  • Define and track UX success metrics, using user adoption data and post-launch feedback to continuously refine and improve design outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Design, or a related field is required, with a Master's preferred.

Additional Information
