Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading SIT and UAT phases within complex, multi-stream environments, and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across SAP modules, experience supporting multi-country or global deployments. Along with demonstrated ability to manage legacy system testing alongside new SAP implementations, and hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Solution Manager, JIRA, ALM tools). This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibility:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and system integrators to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive testing across multiple countries, ensuring localization and regional variations are properly validated.
- Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT activities across a large-scale, complex SAP transformation program.
- Manage end-to-end test cycles, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee and support legacy system testing to ensure data integrity and process continuity.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with overall program timelines and go-live milestones.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership, including test progress, defect metrics, and readiness assessments.
