Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead to join their project immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP testing experience and project implementation. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
- Working closely with the project management team to ensure the coordination of the testing activities with the project schedule.
- Leading and mentoring the QA testing team.
- Developing and managing the overall software test strategy.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Coordinating testing activities and ensuring the quality of the testing process.
- Identifying, recording, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing efforts.
- Reporting on test results, providing relevant data and information.
- Participating in the software design process to provide input on potential problem areas.
