Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to join their project immediately and will run until the end of the year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and leadership expertise across the Vistex landscape and be capable of unifying a currently siloed workstream spanning Agreements & Accruals, Settlements, and Trade Planning. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Vistex workstream within a global SAP S/4HANA upgrade.
- Act as the central point of leadership across multiple Vistex functional areas.
- Provide strategic and hands-on guidance for Vistex finance and settlements processes.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, DT teams, and system integrators.
- Support UAT, go-live preparation, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Drive issue resolution and cross-functional alignment across globally distributed teams.
- Help stabilize and mature the Vistex operating model during a critical phase of the program.
- Deep Vistex expertise within SAP environments.
- Proven experience leading Vistex workstreams or large functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, ideally involving Vistex V4.
- Strong understanding of: Agreements & Accruals, Settlements, Trade Planning / TPM processes.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
- Flexibility to support global delivery teams and IST timezone collaboration.

- Experience within large global manufacturing or CPG organizations.
- S/4HANA brownfield transformation experience.
- Hypercare and stabilization support experience.
