Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced SAP Work Zone Consultant to join their project starting end of March 2025 and will run for 3 months. This will be a fully remote work setting allowing candidates to be based anywhere in CANADA as long as they can accommodate working on EST.
- The ideal candidate is a professional with 1–2 years of Work Zone experience to support the migration and implementation of Work Zone as a replacement for JAM, which is reaching its end of life (EOL).
- The role involves building out the framework, establishing timelines, and defining processes to align with the Marine Atlantic brand and structure.
- The existing data will need to be migrated from JAM to Work Zone while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Provides a single point of entry for employees to access business applications, processes, notifications, and data from SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Offers customizable, role-specific dashboards where users can organize their most-used apps and tools in one place.
- Enables seamless collaboration through integrated messaging, file sharing, and team discussions, leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Supports the creation and sharing of content like knowledge articles, guidelines, and FAQs, making it easy for employees to find relevant information.
- Easily integrates with SAP solutions (like SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Ariba) and third-party applications, providing a cohesive user experience.
- Provides full functionality on mobile devices, ensuring employees can stay connected and productive on the go.
