Our Montreal based client is seeking a dynamic and experienced SD Business Analyst to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. Our client is looking for a bi-lingual (French/English) resource with an emphasis on strong communication skills. This will be a hybrid working model with the exact amount of on site work to be confirmed.
- The SD Business analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions for both internal and external sales teams, as well as optimizing the supply chain processes.
- They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective business solutions within the SAP SD module.
- Ensure that solutions align with organizational goals, contribute to optimization, and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Utilize your expertise in sales and order management to provide comprehensive support to the internal and external sales teams.
- Address challenges and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that implemented solutions deliver the expected value to the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
