Job Description

         Our Montreal based client is seeking a dynamic and experienced SD Business Analyst to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. Our client is looking for a bi-lingual (French/English) resource with an emphasis on strong communication skills. This will be a hybrid working model with the exact amount of on site work to be confirmed.

  • The SD Business analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions for both internal and external sales teams, as well as optimizing the supply chain processes.
  • They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective business solutions within the SAP SD module.
  • Ensure that solutions align with organizational goals, contribute to optimization, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Utilize your expertise in sales and order management to provide comprehensive support to the internal and external sales teams.
  • Address challenges and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that implemented solutions deliver the expected value to the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in sales and distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in process analysis.
  • Mastery and experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. Quick integration into project teams, adding significant value. Knowledge of other modules such as MM, PP, EWM, SCM, FICO is a strong asset.
  • Lead the design, documentation, testing, implementation, training, and coaching of order management and supply chain solutions within SAP SD modules. Ensure the stabilization of SAP SD modules through effective leadership.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards using business intelligence tools. Identify sources of non-performance and contribute to enhancing overall business process performance.
  • Act as a business expert in the analysis and resolution of problems. Propose concrete and effective solutions adapted to the context.
  • Coordinate efforts with analysts from other business units. Play a key role in the development of solutions, including defining requirements, testing phases, and analyzing impacts on existing processes.
  • Develop strong business partner relationships with managers. Influence operational teams in the development and use of best practices.
  • Demonstrate a high sense of autonomy and prioritization. Maintain close communication with colleagues and managers.
  • Possess an analytical mind capable of conceiving and analyzing complex situations. Provide simple, customer service-oriented solutions adapted to the business context.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal skills, providing valued advice following analyses.
  • Comfortable and resilient in a fast-paced, regularly changing work environment.
