Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Solutions to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in industrial manufacturing environments with minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations is required, along with strong S/4HANA experience. Should also have proven experience leading functional design and solution architecture. This is primarily a remote work setting, with approximately 30–50% travel expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP solutioning for Industrial Manufacturing clients.
- Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead client discovery, executive workshops and fit-to-standard sessions.
- Support RFP responses, proposals and client presentations.
- Define solution scope, assumptions and functional effort estimates.
- Develop industry-specific value propositions and business cases.
- Serve as the functional design authority throughout delivery.
- Ensure alignment between the proposed solution and implementation outcomes.
- Review process designs and blueprint deliverables.
- Support scope management and change order discussions.
- Provide strategic guidance throughout testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Develop reusable industry accelerators and practice IP.
- Mentor SAP consultants and functional leads.
- Experience with SAP Public Cloud and fit-to-standard methodologies is highly desirable.
