Our Oakland based client is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant (MM/PP) to join their team on a 12 month contract and chance of an extension with interviews starting immediately. This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days on site. The Ideal candidate should have experience on Life Sciences, QM and SD with strong design and business optimization skills.
Key Responsibilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to identify pain points in S/4HANA adoption post-implementation.
- Analyze current MM and PP processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimizations.
- Recommend solution design changes (configurations, enhancements, or process adjustments) to improve system usability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP functionality with Life Sciences industry best practices.
- Conduct business requirement workshops to understand gaps in MM, PP, QM (Quality Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for potential system changes or process improvements.
- Provide expertise in inventory management, procurement, production scheduling, and batch management.
