Our Montreal-based client is seeking an experienced bilingual Senior SAP EWM contractor to join their project starting May/June 2025 and will run till the October/November 2025 with the possibility of a further extension. Our client is transitioning from a 100% Make-to-Order (MTO) to a Make-to-Stock (MTS) production model in their SAP S/4HANA environment. This strategic shift will significantly impact their Extended Warehouse Management configuration and custom transactions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the SAP EWM utilities and will be responsible for the set-up, design, workshops for business process, recommendations and best practices. This will be hybrid position with on-site work required only 30% of the time. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current EWM configuration and identify required changes for MTS production adoption.
• Redesign and adapt custom EWM transactions to align with MTS processes.
• Configure and test EWM functionalities (inbound/outbound processing, production staging, replenishment, etc.).
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA PP/MM modules.
• Provide expertise in warehouse process optimization, including storage strategies, labor management, and automation.
• Support data migration (if applicable) and user training for new MTS workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Document changes and ensure compliance with best practices.
