Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP IS-U CRM Analyst to join their project in August 2026 and will run until December 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of SAP experience, with strong ecosystem knowledge, deep expertise in SAP IS-U, and project implementation experience with SAP CRM. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end SAP IS-U implementations, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support, while ensuring alignment with business processes in the utilities sector.
- Leverage deep SAP ecosystem knowledge to integrate IS-U seamlessly with CRM, FI/CO, and other core modules, ensuring data consistency and smooth cross-functional workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying system optimization opportunities, troubleshooting complex issues, and proposing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, bridging the gap between IT and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP best practices, IS-U configurations, and CRM integration, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Jira and XRAY experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BRF+ knowledge.
- Move-in / move-out process expertise.
- Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written)
