Job Description

Our North American client is seeking for an experienced Senior SAP Material Management and Procure to Pay (MM-P2P) Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 + years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and P2P modules, including configuration and support with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes strong integration knowledge across related modules including SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FI-CO. This will be a fully remote work setting with limited travel to the client office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery, post-go-live support, and continuous process improvement.
  • Design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MM and P2P solutions in an S/4HANA environment.
  • Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FI-CO.
  • Manage full life-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Support production processes including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Workflow.
  • Handle support activities including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops, provide guidance on SAP best practices, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Train business users and provide ongoing support for post-implementation activities.
  • Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business and IT teams.
